At Algosyntax, we understand that your project requirements can change after purchase.
You might start with one plugin, then later realize that a bundle contains everything you now need. When that happens, we do not want you to feel like you have to pay full price again for products you already own.
This page explains how bundle upgrade discounts, existing-customer deals, and FAB purchase claims work.
Bundle Upgrade Discounts
If you already purchased an Algosyntax product and later want to upgrade to a bundle that includes that same product, you may be eligible for a bundle upgrade discount.
For example:
You purchased Midi Engine.
Later, you decide that you need the Midi Engine & VST Audio Bundle, which includes:
- Midi Engine
- VST Audio
Because you already own Midi Engine, you should not be expected to pay the full bundle price as if you were buying everything from scratch.
In this case, you can request an upgrade discount toward the bundle.
How Bundle Upgrade Discounts Work
Bundle upgrade discounts are offered to customers who already own one or more products included in a bundle.
The discount is not always calculated as an exact dollar-for-dollar or pro-rata deduction. Instead, Algosyntax may offer a reasonable upgrade discount based on the current bundle, active promotions, product pricing, license type, and support review.
Upgrade discount amounts may change from time to time.
This allows us to keep the system flexible while still making sure existing customers are treated fairly.
Who Is Eligible?
You may be eligible for a bundle upgrade discount if:
- You purchased an Algosyntax product directly from the Algosyntax Store.
- You want to upgrade to a bundle that includes a product you already own.
- Your original purchase can be verified.
- The requested bundle is currently available for upgrade discounts.
- Your license type and order history match the requested upgrade path.
For example, if you bought Midi Engine and now want the Midi Engine & VST Audio Bundle, you can contact us to request an upgrade discount.
FAB Customers: Claim Your Algosyntax Store Copy
If you purchased an Algosyntax asset on FAB, you can claim access to the same asset on the Algosyntax Store for free.
To claim your store copy, you must provide a valid FAB order ID so that we can verify the purchase.
Once verified, we can grant access to the matching product on the Algosyntax Store account.
This is useful because the Algosyntax Store may provide direct downloads, updates, support access, and store-specific account management.
How To Request an Upgrade or Claim
To request a bundle upgrade discount or claim a FAB purchase, you can:
- Log in to your Algosyntax Store account.
- Check your existing downloads and product access.
- Contact support with your request.

- Details About the product you already purchased.
- The bundle you want to upgrade to.
- Your FAB order ID, if the purchase was made on FAB.
Important Notes
Bundle upgrade discounts and FAB claims are subject to purchase verification.
Discounts are not guaranteed until the order has been reviewed.
Upgrade discounts may vary depending on current pricing, active promotions, license type, bundle contents, and product availability.
FAB claims only apply to matching Algosyntax products that were actually purchased on FAB and successfully verified with a valid order ID.
Discounts may not always be combined with other promotions, coupons, or special offers unless explicitly approved.
